Texting keeps us connected to the people who matter most, one simple message at a time.
It lets you reach out without needing to be available in the moment. If you’re having trouble with your texts, these steps can help you stay connected effortlessly.
Try these steps
1. Try sending a text-only message
Test with a simple text-only message (letters or numbers, no emojis, pictures, or GIFs). This will help determine if the issue is with multimedia messaging or your overall texting service.
2. Delete and re-add the contact
Manually remove the contact and add it back to ensure the number is correctly stored in your phone.
3. Check your blocked numbers
Blocked numbers could prevent you from sending or receiving texts.
