If you’ve recently transferred your number to Ting, switched to an eSIM, or activated a new number on an eSIM, you’ll need to complete the setup on your device once your number is active with Ting.
Setting up your eSIM is simple. We'll email you the activation details, and you can choose one of two options:
Activate using the QR code
Find your QR code.
Look for the email we sent with your QR code after completing your Ting activation. The email is sent to your Ting account email.

If the QR code is on your phone:
Manually add your eSIM details
Find your activation details
The SM-DP+ server address and activation code are in the same email as your QR code. Use these details to manually activate your eSIM.
