Adding or Updating a Payment Method on Your Ting Mobile Account

Ting accounts are set up for automatic billing to your credit or debit card to make life easier. These payment methods can be easily adjusted from within your account settings.

 

Logging in to Your Account

  1. Navigate to Tingmobile.com
  2. Click the green Sign up | Activate button in the top right.

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Once you are logged in, click Account Settings on the left menu bar.

  2. Scroll down to the "Payment method" section and select Update payment method.

  3. Select Ting Mobile and click Next.

  4. Enter your payment method details.

  5. Enter your Billing Address and click Save changes.

Your payment method is now updated! Moving forward, this payment method will be used for your monthly billing cycle and shop purchases.
