What is Refer a Friend?

Refer a Friend is Ting’s way of rewarding you for sharing the love. Here’s how it works:

$25 in credit when you sign up using a referral link.
Your referrer also gets $25 in credit as a thank-you.

Once you’re a Ting customer, you can refer friends and earn credits, too. The more you refer, the more you save!

When a friend refers you to Ting, they’ll share a unique referral link. Here’s what to do next:

Click the referral link to access your sign-up page.
Create your Ting account.

After clicking your referral link, Click Sign up/Sign in in the top-right corner.

2. Start creating your account

Under “Don’t have an account?” select Create one.

3. Add your account details

Fill in your name, email, and contact number.

4. Click Create an account.

Once your account is created, you’re ready to activate your service. You can transfer your number or activate a new number. Your Refer-a-Friend credit will be automatically applied after activation!

I used a link to sign up. How do I see my credit?

Check your Ting account under Billing History. Credits will appear in green. If you don’t see your credit, activation may not be complete, or the link might not have applied correctly. Contact us, and we’ll help.

What if my bill is more or less than my credit?

If your credit exceeds your bill, the remaining balance rolls over to the next month.
If your bill exceeds your credit, the balance will be charged to your payment method.

Why doesn’t my bill show the credit?

Your bill reflects the total charges before applying credits. Your payment method will only be charged the remaining amount after credits are applied.

Can I refer friends after signing up with a referral link?
