Your friend will need to click your referral link and use it during their Ting sign-up. If they miss the link, don’t worry—they can contact us, and we’ll help add the credit to their account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I see my referral credits?
Your credits will appear in your Ting account under Billing History. Look for credits listed in green. If the credit isn’t showing, your friend may not have used the link—have them contact us, and we’ll sort it out.
What if my bill is less than the credit?
Any unused credit will roll over to the next month. If your bill exceeds your credit, the remaining balance will be charged to your payment method.
Why doesn’t my bill show the credit?
Your bill displays your total charges before applying credits. Your payment method will only be charged for any amount due after credits are applied.
